Péter Vörös, HOPI SK

Péter Vörös has studied at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Brno University of Technology and various additional courses and studies in technical and non-technical areas of management. He started as a management trainee at Zlatý Bažant, now Heineken Slovensko, where he set his alarm clock for 3 months after the first week as a reminder that it was definitely necessary to leave this company before the expiry of the probationary period. He ended up working there for over 21 years. He was the head of engineering for the company for the longest time. He also ran logistics and planning for a long time, and his passion for craft beers led him to sales and marketing for these new styles. He owes most to this company and the people at Heineken Slovakia for giving him the chance to try out multiple roles and breadths of management levels.

Since 2018, he has been at the helm of HOPI SK, where he has embarked on a restructuring of the company. He relies on the values and goals of the team, the clean corporate culture of a true family business, teamwork and clear communication of common goals. The company has undergone a recovery process and not only achieves good results, but thanks to the mentality of the management, the balanced level of individual creativity and at the same time the high ability to cooperate also within the HOPI holding Péter is optimistic about new investments and further development of HOPI SK. He is married and has two teenage daughters. He loves his family, travelling, running, motorbikes and diving. And good people…
