Renáta Valeková, Dual academy

Renáta Valeková is a manager with experience in various leading positions in HR at Volkswagen Slovakia. She graduated from university in Germany at the Martin Luther University in Halle. At IOM Steinbeis-Hochschule-Berlin, she received an expert certificate for systemic change management in organizations. In her life (and not only at work) she is inspired by the topics of positive leadership and people’s internal motivation. He has experience in creating development programs for management employees, implementing innovation-oriented projects in cooperation with universities and practice, as well as in dual education. She was at the concept and birth of the idea of ​​establishing the Dual Academy. In the position of its chairwoman, she is building an organization in the field of technical education closely connected with industry and practice, with top experts, a motivated team and graduates with employment prospects.
