He started his career as a software developer. In addition to programming and technical design, he also enjoyed communication, which is why he became interested in coordinating people and organizing work. He quickly learned how to lead projects where he used his expertise. He went through all the project roles on both the supplier and customer side, getting to know projects in their entire life cycle, from commissioning to closing and reviewing business benefits. He continued his education in project management and completed a series of certifications (PRINCE2, PMPBOK, ITIL, Scrum, SAFe). In recent years, he has moved into the role of manager.
