Panel discussion: Resilience and efficiency in the age of automation
Modern intralogistics is no longer just about moving goods—it’s about the ability to respond quickly, adapt, and operate effectively even in unpredictable conditions. This section will show how to build flexible and robust logistics processes that can handle pressure without chaos. We will focus on key elements of resilience, supported by automation, digitization, and data. We will share practical tools, best practices, and an approach that turns resilience into a competitive advantage. The afternoon section will offer case studies from practice, where automation and robotization have fundamentally changed warehouse and production logistics. Technology suppliers and their clients will present the entire course of projects – from analysis through challenges to measurable results and lessons learned for future implementations. We will also cover development and look at the basic and above-standard technical requirements for new halls with automation or robotics.
The panel discussion will be moderated by Patricia Jakešová, retail management expert.
