He has been working in logistics for more than 20 years in the FMCG segment. During his career, he has gained extensive experience in logistics process management, information system implementation, intralogistics optimization, and team development. He worked for many years at LABAŠ s.r.o., where he rose from the position of picker to wholesale manager. Subsequently, at HORTI s.r.o., he managed production and logistics operations with a focus on supply chain efficiency and quality. Since 2024, he has been the logistics director at the e-commerce company ABC-ZOO, where he is responsible for managing distribution processes and the strategic development of logistics in the online segment. He also works as a logistics consultant.
