Roman is a sociologist working at the Ipsos research agency, where he leads the Customer Experience department, focusing mainly on researching customer experience in various business sectors. It also deals with projects using technological solutions such as instant on-line reporting, mobile applications and so on. Ipsos conducted several surveys focused on the perception of e-shops among the Slovak population, which is closely related to the topic of delivery of goods. Roman will answer, for example, questions such as how the delivery of goods is perceived among Slovaks, what their favorite forms of delivery are, or what is the acceptable time of delivery of orders for them.
