Péter Vörös, HOPI SK

Péter Vörös studied at the faculty of mechanical engineering at the Brno University of Technology, not to mention various additional courses and studies in technical and non-technical areas of management. He started as a management trainee at Zlatý Bažant, now Heineken Slovakia, where he set an alarm for three months after the first week as a reminder to himself to leave this company before the trial period expired. He eventually worked there for more than 21 years. He worked for the longest time as the head of the company’s engineering. He also led logistics and planning for a long time, and thanks to his passion for craft beers, he got into the sales and marketing of these new styles. He is most grateful to this company and to the people at Heineken Slovakia for giving him the chance to try out several roles and at different levels of management.

Since 2018, he has been the head of HOPI SK, where he embarked on the restructuring of the company, building on the values ​​and goals of the team, on the pure corporate culture of a real family business, on teamwork and clear communication of common goals. The company has undergone a recovery process and not only achieves good results, but thanks to the management mentality, a balanced degree of individual creativity and at the same time high ability to cooperate within the HOPI holding, Péter is optimistically planning new investments and further development of HOPI SK. He is married and has two teenage daughters. He loves his family, traveling, running, motorcycling and diving. Not to mention good people…
