Martin Hric works as a freelance consultant in the field of digital transformation of FMCG plants. Until 2022, he worked as Programme Director for the deployment of collaborative robotics and digitalisation of Mondelez EU manufacturing plants. From 2015-19 he was Regional Director for Central and Southern EU plants, dealing with manufacturing team leadership, food plant transformations, IL6S deployment, culture change. In the past he also held the positions of Plant Director of Mondelez Figaro Bratislava, Plant Director of Jacobs/Dadak Valašské Meziřičí, in 1996 he started as a process engineer.
