Martin Baláž, Prologis

Martin Baláž is responsible for the entire Slovak and Czech portfolio of ProLogis. He manages its investment projects and covers rental activities in individual parks. He oversees all ProLogis leasing and construction activities in both countries, as well as the company’s activities in the areas of property management and project management. He joined Prologis in 2014 as a senior manager for leasing and development for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Prior to that, he worked as an associate partner at Cushman & Wakefield, where he headed the industrial and retail space department on the Slovak market and the industrial real estate department in the Czech Republic.
