Michal Magat, Packeta

Michal Magát has been leading logistics at Packeta since 2021. He gained his first experience with parcel logistics during his studies at the Faculty of Arts, when he worked in the warehouse of a courier company and stayed with logistics. His career started in 2008 at DPD, where he started as an operations supervisor and quickly progressed to the position of manager responsible for the entire area. As of 2017, he has managed more than 800 couriers and 130 employees in 19 depots as national operations manager. At Packet, he and his team have been instrumental in integrating home delivery, optimizing the depot network and new services such as minute delivery, real-time courier tracking and the implementation of sustainable projects in parcel packaging.
