Svetozár Rohoň, Contera

Svetozár Rohoň has many years of experience in asset management and commercial real estate leasing. Before joining Contera in 2020, he worked as a senior asset manager for M7 Real Estate, where, in addition to asset management, he was responsible for acquisition, sales, leasing and marketing strategy setting, including property management standards, information systems and follow-up procedures. Before M7 Real Estate, he worked for SachsenFonds as an asset manager and for JLL as a senior consultant in the property management department. He holds a master’s degree in law from the Comenius University in Bratislava and has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2014.
