Štefan Buček, IKEA Components

Štefan Buček worked in various positions at Nafta Gbely for 15 years after completing his studies. In 2002, he continued his career at IKEA Components, where over the past 20 years he has spent most of his time as a Warehouse Manager. Today, he draws on his extensive experience as a Business Process Leader, responsible for warehouse processes as well as internal logistics processes at IKEA Components sites around the world.
