In 1988, after finishing the university, he started in ČSAD Topoľčany in the unit delivery department. Within a few years he went through almost all the managerial functions to finally end up at the position of managing director in 1994. In the same year he also started his business activity by setting up the transport company TOPNAD a.s., which he has gradually developed and expanded to the current state. The company nowadays offers wide range of services not only in the field of delivery, but also logistics.
