Martin Košč studied at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of UMB – Department of Chemistry. After his studies he attended various courses focused on lean and six sigma methodology. He started his professional career as a junior specialist at Synthos Kralupy. After 2 years he decided to change and joined Mars Wrigley for the next 5 years, where he was responsible for production and packaging lines as a technologist. During this period he gained valuable experience in the implementation of medium and larger projects, and also understood the importance of process standardization and lean thinking. In 2021, he took on a new challenge and joined the HOPI family, where he began working on streamlining copacking processes and progressive automation using collaborative technology. He is currently working on integrating cobots and AGVs into existing processes and interconnecting them to make the logistics environment as efficient and ergonomic as possible.
