Panel discussion: Challenges and synergies: human versus artificial intelligence in the context of HR
Adapting automation and AI requires several key factors, primarily education and training. Is Slovakia ready to invest in education and training of the workforce to ensure a sufficient number of qualified workers who will be able to work with automated systems and technologies? The adaptation of automation in logistics may not lead to job losses, but may rather shift the emphasis to higher skill levels, increasing productivity and creating new job opportunities in areas such as management, data analysis and technology implementation. how changes in technology and automation are affecting the logistics workforce and what the relationship between humans and AI is in this field. Considering the growing role of AI in logistics, it is necessary to invest in the training of workers. People must acquire new skills and knowledge in the field of technology, data processing, management of AI systems and use of their potential in logistics operations.
