Rudolf Gavlas, Lunys

Rudolf Gavlas is the deputy director of the Bratislava branch of Lunys s.r.o., where he is responsible for strategic management, team leadership, and representing the company in relations with business partners and institutions. In his position, he focuses on human capital development, effective process setting, and innovation support, drawing on his extensive experience in the corporate environment and modern leadership principles. He plays a significant role in the company’s technological development and is the main guarantor of the key warehouse robotization project, which brought about the introduction of shipping automation. He oversaw this project from the initial analysis and selection of a technology partner, through consultation and detailed planning, to implementation, supervision of operations, and subsequent optimization. Thanks to his leadership and organizational skills, he was able to prepare a solution that reflects the specifics of the business, brought about a fundamental modernization of processes, and strengthened the branch’s position as an innovator in the field of intelligent logistics.
