Martin Zmeškal, Slovak Telekom and T-Mobile Czech Republic

Martin Zmeškal is an experienced logistics professional with over 16 years of experience at T-Mobile Czech Republic and Slovak Telekom, where he currently holds the position of Head of Logistics. In this role, he leads teams focused on retail logistics and warehousing, with an emphasis on ensuring an optimal supply chain and customer service while minimizing costs. Prior to his current role, he served as the Head of Retail Logistics and Warehousing from 2020, where he focused on customer-oriented supply methods and process efficiency in logistics. Before that, from 2017 to 2019, he held the position of Senior Head of PMO and Project Management, leading the project office, managing project teams, and supporting agile methodologies. Martin is also actively involved in environmental and sustainability initiatives. He recently received an award in the Via Bona competition for the Returnable Box project, which introduces an innovative solution for eco-friendly, reusable packaging. This project, in collaboration with Corplex and Packeta Slovakia, significantly contributes to reducing T-Mobile’s ecological footprint through reusable packaging solutions.
