Lukáš Baudyš, VERMONT

Lukáš Baudyš graduated from the Secondary Industrial School of Transport in Prague, majoring in Freight Forwarding. For more than 20 years he worked in the retail company Sconto Nábytok in the Czech and Slovak Republic in managerial positions. Between 2016 and 2018 he took over the management of the logistics centre of Alza.sk in Senec, where he was responsible for operational activities, setting up processes and automation, staffing of operations and overall results in the position of logistics centre director. From 2019 to 2021, he was appointed to the position of Logistics Director for the entire Alza Group. He was responsible for all logistics operations in CZ, SK and HU. Strategy, projects related to the implementation of new logistics operations. From 2021 he became Logistics Director of Vermont Holding, where he is responsible for the operation of the logistics department and is involved in a major project of a new super-modern logistics operation of the company.
