Jan Chaloupka, BHM Parks

Jan Chaloupka graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and continued his studies in Vienna and Budapest. He expanded his professional qualifications at CEMS and ACCA. He lectured on advanced corporate finance and investment decision-making at the University of Economics. He began his career at the consulting firm KPMG in Prague and Dubai. He then worked for Immofinanz in Vienna, where he held the position of country manager for Slovakia and led controlling for CEE, where he also participated in the restructuring of the Russian portfolio. He held the position of CFO in Moscow for the logistics portfolio of the PPF financial group. After joining the BHM group in 2019, he established the logistics and retail parks department, for which he is responsible as managing partner for commercial real estate.
