Jakub Volner, Panattoni

Jakub has been active in the Slovak industrial real estate market for almost a decade. He started his career in technology consulting, but soon found his place in the world of real estate. He gained his experience at JLL, where he first worked as a consultant and later as Head of Industrial and Logistics for Slovakia. He was responsible for the department’s business, expansion, and strategic development, managing dozens of transactions, from the sale of brownfields to the leasing of space to the construction of BTS projects for clients such as HAVI Logistics, Constellium, DSV, Adient, and GymBeam. In 2023, he founded his own consulting company, and since 2025, he has been bringing innovative and sustainable solutions to industrial development as Business Development Director for Slovakia at leading developer Panattoni. His expertise includes comprehensive solutions for logistics and manufacturing companies – from site selection to tailor-made development.
