David Udal, Plzeňský Prazdroj

David Udal originally hails from South Africa. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) and also obtained a MBA from Manchester University. He joined Ernst & Young in South Africa in 1994 and moved to the Czech Republic with EY over 20 years ago. He joined Plzeňský Prazdroj in 2001 where he has held various managerial positions in the financial and commercial fields. He spent the last six years as the finance director of Plzeňský Prazdroj for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. As finance director, David gained a broad understanding and influence of the entire company, including involvement in routines, budgets and supply chain projects. This provided a strong basis for his transition to the position of supply chain director of Plzeňský Prazdroj for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany and Austria in 2022.
