Andrea Rebejová, IAC Group Slovakia

Andrea has been in management positions in the automotive and manufacturing industry for over 22 years. She has extensive experience in human resource management gained by working in a multicultural environment. As an HR Manager, she opened two manufacturing plants and later worked for a steel company in Slovakia as a Human Resources Director. Currently, she is in her eighth year of leading the human resources department in the automotive company IAC Group Slovakia, where she employs more than 1300 people. In her work she strives to connect business with a human approach. She is most critical of her own decisions.
