Visit to the KLARSTEIN warehouse – EQT Exeter Park Senec
Just a two-hour drive from Budapest and 50 minutes from Vienna Airport, EQT Exeter Park Senec is home to an iconic building – one of the first warehouses in the region, now operated by KLARSTEIN. With 17,310 m² of warehouse space, 2,200 m² of mezzanine space, and nearly 2,000 m² of office space, it provides the ideal base for activities in Central Europe and for the company’s expansion into other markets. The space allows for an effective increase in the volume of imports directly from manufacturers, optimisation of costs and concentration of key processes – from the receipt of new and returned goods to repair services. Thanks to gradual modifications, the original building has been transformed into a modern base for the company’s team. With the support of investments from the owner, they are able to keep it competitive even compared to the latest warehouse projects.
