How can the experience of one manufacturing plant help drive change in another? Protherm Production in Skalica was looking for a solution to make loading and unloading planning more efficient. In search of inspiration, the company drew on the experience of other plants within the Vaillant Group. By sharing experiences and proven best practices, Protherm decided to implement its own time slot management system. In this case study, we explore why Protherm decided to make the change, how the implementation process unfolded, and what the new approach has brought to day-to-day operations.
