Ivana Molnárová, CEO Alyra, former CEO Profesia

She graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the Comenius University in Bratislava. After graduating from university, she worked in the Anyhel family business in Humenno. In 2001, she joined Profesia as a sales representative and, after changing several positions, from May 2008 she managed and coordinated the company’s business activities in Hungary, the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic as a marketing and sales director. Since October 2010, she has been the executive director of Profesia. In 2022, she received the Manager of the Year 2022 award and at the same time left the position of director at the end of the year. She is currently engaged in transformation and consulting for companies and individual work with leaders.
