Martin Polák, Prologis

Martin Polák is the managing director and regional director of Prologis for Central and Eastern Europe. He oversees all of the company’s operations in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia, including new construction, customer relations and working with local development teams. He is also responsible for the results of all properties that Prologis operates in the region.

He joined Prologis in 2008 as the leasing manager in Slovakia. Since then he has worked in many different positions in the company and has been responsible for a number of successful projects implemented on the Czech and Slovak markets. Prior to joining Prologis, he worked as a logistics and industrial property manager for the IPEC Group.

Martin Polák studied economics and management of the construction industry at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava.
