Ivan Šimo, CTP Invest

Ivan Šimo has been with CTP Slovakia for eight years. He started as a junior project manager, became construction director after three years, and held this position for five years. Since January 2025, he has been managing the Slovak branch as managing director. His goal is to maintain CTP’s position as market leader, develop new locations, and leverage the strength of the team and the extensive land fund with a potential of over 1 million m² of leasable space.
